Recently I made some tough decisions regarding my work and ultimately, my life. I am making the conscious decision to reduce the amount of client work I take on so that I can focus on putting other projects together for myself and my nonprofit organization. The goal is to create art that adds value to the people who use it. I am self-scaling by trading the easy, safe, daily work that I love, for the later reward of more time to spend with my family and increasing my reach. Change doesn’t scare me and I don’t operate from a place of fear, but I am aware that this, like most of life’s big decisions, is a leap of faith.
No risk, no reward.
